Privacy policy
When you sign up, this page sends your first name, email and consent record to Brevo. Tax figures, results and PDFs are not sent. Hosting and font requests still occur on the tax check page.
Who we are
Asante Tax & Consulting, LLC provides this year-end tax check. For privacy questions, email clientservices@asantetax.com.
Your tax figures
The calculator works in your browser. Your tax figures and result stay on your device. We do not send them to Asante or Brevo. A downloaded PDF stays wherever you save or share it.
Email signup
You sign up before receiving calculator access by email. We collect your first name, email address and consent record. We use Brevo to store these details and send calculator access, year-end planning guidance and occasional tax tips you requested. Brevo also processes the technical information needed to handle signup. Your calculator figures, result and PDF are not included in the signup submission. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us.
Calculator access
Submitting the form opens Brevo in a new tab and does not unlock the calculator or prove email delivery. The email contains a shared calculator link. This is convenience access, not secure per-person access: the link can be forwarded and the access parameter can be reused without signup. We do not verify ownership of each submitted email address through this page. If your access email does not arrive, check spam or junk and contact clientservices@asantetax.com.
Website services
Cloudflare hosts the tool and processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts receives your IP address and browser information when it delivers the fonts. These services do not receive your calculator figures from the tool. Advertising tracking is not enabled.
How long we keep signup details
We keep email signup details only as long as needed for the emails you requested. You can ask us to delete them.
Your choices
To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your signup details, email clientservices@asantetax.com. This notice covers the tax check tool, not a separate tax preparation engagement or another website you open from it.
Changes
We will update this notice if the tool or its use of information changes.
